Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sarees with stitched blouses

  • Lehengas with stitched blouses

  • Pre-stitched sarees or lehengas

  • Unstitched sarees with fall & pico

  • Customised or personalised products

Only items that are damaged, defective, or entirely different from what was shown online are eligible for return.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
All return requests are subject to approval by our Quality Control team.

Note: Products purchased during festive sales, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable. These terms apply to all sale items.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.


Refund Process

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check to verify that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
After successful verification, your refund will be processed as store credit.

Your store credit will be added to your account within 48 hours after approval.

Please note:
All refunds are issued as store credit only — no direct payment refunds will be made.
